Classic Family Stained Glass Style Christmas Tree Ceramic Ornament

A ceramic ornament with the glow of a stained glass window. The artwork shows a cozy Christmas Eve scene in rich jewel tones: a decorated tree with a gold star, a stocking hung by the window, presents piled underneath, and a single candle glowing by the hearth. Your family name sits below in classic capitals, with the year above, framed in deep navy. The quote comes from Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale: "A merry heart goes all the day." It's from a song sung by Autolycus, a cheerful rogue who strolls the country roads singing his way from one adventure to the next. A merry heart, he says, will carry you all day, while a sad one tires within a mile. It's good advice for the holidays. Change the year and family name to make it yours. Add a new one each Christmas and build a collection of family keepsakes, one year at a time. Perfect for: - A family's first Christmas together or first Christmas in a new home - Newlyweds and new parents - Book lovers and Shakespeare fans - A yearly ornament tradition Designed by Theatrefinery: Shakespeare for everyone.
